We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join my client team in the heart of Lancashire.
This is an opportunity to work within a fun and energetic team environment and with the potential to earn excellent commission with the company. There are opportunities for career growth and development within the company as well.
The successful candidate will have outstanding communication, rapport building and objection handling skills. All leads are provided by existing clients through the database so there is no cold calling involved but my client is looking for more quality than quantity in calls.

The role presents an excellent opportunity for candidates to be part of an agile team of highly skilled team members. This role is varied and challenging to assist clients with their enquiries and liaise with team members to ensure that weekly targets are achieved.

Position:
* Ideally a school or college leaver - open to suggestions
* Capable of using Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new systems.
* Motivated by results.
* Phone-based skills
* Managing multiple tasks and workload
* Assisting other departments where necessary
* Chasing response with Clients following submission of relevant documentation
* Electronic filing
* Producing and distributing meeting minutes
