As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our business and commercial clients, providing them with exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.


Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for business and commercial clients, understanding their specific needs and offering appropriate products and services
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, aiming to become their trusted advisor for all there needs
* Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their requirements and identify any gaps or opportunities for additional products
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and claims representatives, to ensure efficient and timely service to clients
* Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and market trends to provide clients with the most accurate and valuable advice
* Meet or exceed sales targets, actively seeking out new business opportunities and networking with potential clients
* Prepare proposals and present insurance solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our CRM system


Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role in B2B
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
* Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Ability to analyse and assess client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions accordingly
* Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
* Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software
* A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
