Recruitment Resourcer - 12 month fixed term contract

Acorn is one of the UK's leading recruitment companies and we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy recruitment team in Barnstaple.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates through proactive resourcing methods i.e. job boards, adverts, social media.
  • Registering & vetting candidates in line with procedural, legislative & customer requirements.
  • Ensuring full compliance with legislative and procedural requirements.
  • Providing an on-call / out-of-hours service to clients and candidates.
  • Processing weekly payroll.
  • General administration tasks.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have worked in a customer focused role and be able to demonstrate good telephone and administration skills.
  • Be confident, able to build rapport and relationships, be professional and have excellent communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated, have initiative and be proactive.
  • Be able to operate effectively in a compliance driven role.
  • Have excellent IT skills; Excel, Word, databases etc. and good telephone manner.
