Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator - Part Time (Fri-Mon)

Acorn is one of the leading recruitment specialists in the UK and we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer; covering the Weston-Super-Mare and Bridgwater areas. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will help source and place suitable candidates into temporary roles with our client companies.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates through proactive resourcing methods i.e. job boards, adverts & social media.
  • Registering & vetting candidates in line with procedural, legislative & customer requirements.
  • Allocating candidates to shifts; in accordance with client requirements.
  • Providing an on-call / out-of-hours service to clients and candidates.
  • Processing weekly payroll.
  • General administration tasks.

This role would suit someone from an administration or customer services background who is well-organised, can work under pressure to tight deadlines and has excellent people skills.

We are looking for someone to work; Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. There is flexibility with working hours and location as you will be based from either the Weston-Super-Mare or Bridgwater office, with home working available at the weekend.
