Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated lawyer to work on a growing property dispute team in Hampshire or remote working for the right candidate.

Your Experience
You will need to want to specialise in property litigation and landlord and tenant work. Ideally you will have experience in this area, but we are happy to consider candidates with solid, non-property related litigation experience, and experienced conveyancers wanting to retrain in property litigation. We are, however, also prepared to consider non-qualified paralegals - provided they have plenty of solid experience in property litigation, and are able to run cases with minimal supervision.

What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will have great people skills and will be an enthusiastic team player, good organisational, time management and IT skills and a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task under pressure, the confidence and the ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment, excellent standards of client care and great communication skills, a history of strong billing, and a desire and the ability to help in the growth of the department.

The team
The wider dispute resolution team will include 3 litigation lawyers, 2 paralegals and shared secretary/administrator dealing with a variety of both property disputes and commercial and civil litigation.

The work
The work for this position will be a mix of property disputes, and landlord and tenant work, often acting for investors and developers nationwide. This is a niche area which the firm's specialist Property Investor team continue to build rapidly.

Flexible and home working
Flexible and home working is nothing new this employer. For the last 10 years or so, many of their lawyers routinely worked from home. They are therefore happy to offer flexible working as well as remote or hybrid candidates for this position. But, please note that remote working is only available for those with experience of purely remote working

Full or Part Time?
Ideally, the job is available full-time. However we are happy to consider part-time working for the right candidate.

In return is an excellent salary and benefits and career advancement for the right candidate. Please apply here or contact [email protected] for more information.
