S&You Technology is working with a global IT consultancy to find an experienced Business Development Manager. With 30 offices across 15 countries and over 1000+ clients in more than 50 countries across 4 continents, our clients digital roadmap is centred on combining its offerings with emerging technologies, like AI, Blockchain, RPA and Low-code to help its clients add agility and innovation in their digital transformation initiatives.
The successful applicant will be responsible for bringing in new clients for workforce placement mainly in the contracting space. The solution will be centred around Project Management, ERP, Generative AI & Automation experts.
Must haves:
* Growing the Sales function in the UK significantly over the next 12 months
* Must have an existing sales career & experience selling services into the public sector
* Experience in bringing new client for workforce placement (contract mainly) in areas such as project management, ERP, Automation, Generative AI, and financial services-related software and services.
* Network of clients in the financial services or pharma industry
* Full Sales cycle from Lead Gen to Close
* Account Management to nurture the customer and develop new sales
* Extensive knowledge of Workforce Management solutions
* New ideas for sales development and sales strategies is essential
Location: Remote - Travel across the UK for client meetings
Salary: £60,0000 + uncapped commission
