Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour depending on experience
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
Location: Newquay (Hybrid working available after training has been completed)
Contract: Temporary (12 Months)
Start Date: 16th October

Acorn is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our client based in Newquay. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate data records, ensuring our commitment to sustainability is upheld, and contributing to our fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities:

*Gathering, confirming, and delivering data to meet the legal requirements of DTR markets in accordance with UK/EU/Country laws and within regulatory timeframes.
*Compiling, validating, and submitting data to retail and distribution partners as necessary and in accordance with specified deadlines.
*Scrutinising data for accuracy to ensure compliance with obligations and to minimize tax liabilities.
*Producing precise and succinct reports on data submissions when needed.
*Assisting departmental leaders in collecting, verifying, and reporting data to support sustainability efforts within their respective areas.



Essential Requirements:

* Extensive previous experience in a data entry position.
*Proven Excel reporting skills are essential.
*Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of accurate reporting.
*Thrives in a fast-paced office environment and consistently delivers to deadlines.
*A passionate, creative, and organised team player.
*Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
*An interest in sustainability is highly desirable.
