MAZAK Miller CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator

We are currently recruiting for a Programmer/Setter/Operator. Specialising in low volume, high value, and complex machining.

Our client provides manufacturing services to more than 60 customers worldwide in the Petro-chemical with a long-term view to expand to aerospace, nuclear, and materials handling industrial sectors.

You will be competent in the programming and operation of Mazak Machines.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Mazak machining centers (J600, I800T, VCN 510 ) using Smooth / Matrix Controllers.

You will be expected to demonstrate confidence in machining high value exotic materials (Nickel Alloy 625, 718, Inconel and Aluminum Bronze).

You must be confident in reading imperial drawings, decision making and first article inspection operating within an AS9100 management system.

Core hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm plus overtime is available

Salary and Benefits:

• £20.00 - £23.00 per hour, negotiable (depending on experience)
