Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Acorn is seeking a dedicated and organised Customer Service Front Office Agent to join our client based in Hemel Hempstead. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering excellent customer service to consumers, dealing with enquiries, and contributing to a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
• Communicate via telephone and email and deal courteously and effectively with enquiries or requests from customers.
• Comply with company standards.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with sales to be mutually informed on activities, agreements, and actions.
• Be the first point of contact, - providing a warm and efficient welcome, following appropriate processes.
• Manage and judge customer needs and priorities.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Able to work in a team focused environment.
• Have a "can do" mentality.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
