Position: Packing Operative
Location: Crediton, Devon (outskirts of Exeter)
Working hours: Monday to Friday - rotational shifts
Monday to Thursday 05.45-14.15 & 05.45-13.15 Friday & Monday to Thursday 13.45-22.15 & Friday 12.45-20.15
£12.54 per hours overtime available at 1.5 after 30 hours
Or
Nights: Sun 22:30 - 06:00 & Monday to Thursday 21:45 - 06:15
£14.71 per hour overtime available at 1.5 after 30 hours

Key Responsibilities of the Packing Operatives:

* Accurately packing products according to quality standards
* Checking for defects and ensuring products meet our high-quality standards
* Efficiently rotating tasks and collaborating with team members
* Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace

Requirements of the Packing Operatives:

* No prior experience required - full training provided
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
* Flexibility to work different shifts
