We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Telesales Executive to join our clients team in Exeter.

The primary responsibility of this job will be to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, offering a wide range of services and products from the Telecoms sector. You will be required to talk to new customers and sign up deals; but also process orders and providing excellent customer service. You will be expected to handle customer queries and to upsell where applicable.

We are looking for a professional and confident individual who is inquisitive and willing to work hard. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage easily with customers in order to build great relationships. As a Telesales Executive you will also need to be resilient and be able to demonstrate a high level of tenacity and resilience. Furthermore, the ability to listen quickly and accurately will be essential in this role.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in achieving sales goals and making outbound calls. You should be comfortable working in a target based environment and be naturally competitive.

Experience in the telecoms sector would be advantageous, however it is not essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and able to close deals and maximise sales.
