We are looking for an experienced full-time Customer Service Advisor, motivated by the challenge of taking care of our customer needs. You will be working in our head office and warehouse in Brockworth.

Customer service sits at the heart of your job. You will be the main point of contact for customers and will be tasked with handling queries, complaints and requests. You will also be competent in taking payments and giving advice on our wide range of products.

Requirements:

* Extensive customer service experience.
* Very strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to confidently handle customer queries, process orders, take payment and give advice on products.
* Previous experience in customer service, telephone ordering, and email processing.
* A passion for providing fantastic customer service and a 'can do' attitude to problem solving.
* An enthusiasm to work with and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
* A commitment to continued learning and professional development.
