This is the chance to join a modern and progressive firm, which takes a compassionate and friendly approach when assisting their clients through their transactions.
The right person will work closely with the Conveyancing fee earner and provide both clerical and administrative support together with assisting with sales, purchases, re-mortgages etc. A professional manner is essential as is the ability to provide a courteous, knowledgeable and friendly service and work on own initiative.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage files to the appropriate standard, manage housekeeping of files and accurately use the case management system in accordance with the firm's procedures.
Experience of being a conveyancing assistant and able to use a variety of software including Microsoft Word and 365, Outlook and Excel is desirable.
A competitive Salary is on offer together with excellent working conditions and good holiday allowance. Please note that this is an office based full-time role.
