Our Law Firm Client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Solicitor to join their dynamic legal team. As a Senior Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services and advice to our clients across various industries.

Job Description:

* Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
* Providing legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters
* Representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions
* Managing a team of junior lawyers and paralegals

We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in commercial law, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
