Location: Newcastle City Centre (Office-Based)
Hours: Full-time (36.25 hours per week)
Salary Range: Up to £43,000 (Subject to experience)
Reporting to: Head of Legal
About the Organisation:
We are currently inviting applications from qualified Solicitors for a dynamic role in an expanding Head Office Team based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This represents a unique opportunity for a qualified solicitor within England and Wales to contribute to the ongoing success of our organization during a period of significant growth.
Scope of Role:
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for a diverse spectrum of Commercial Property matters, including but not limited to acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant affairs, rent reviews, licenses (including licenses for alterations and assignment or underletting), surrender of leases, and the leasing of various commercial properties such as office and retail premises, industrial units, restaurants, and future developments.
Furthermore, the incumbent will be tasked with providing comprehensive legal support to the Head of Department and collaborating with other business units. Handling routine and third-party inquiries and communications will be integral to alleviating the Department's workload.

Qualifications:
* Qualified to practice law in the UK
* A minimum of 2 years of legal work experience
