Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting a Site Manager for a Main Contractor working on a restaurant refurbishment in Plymouth.


As a Site Manager you will be required to:

* Liaise with trades.
* Manage labour on site.
* Manage materials.
* Ensure tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
* Carry out inductions
* Follow health and safety procedures
* Open and close site


The candidate:

You will be driven, hardworking and an ability to take ownership on site to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.


Other requirements for the role:

* CSCS
* SMSTS.
* First Aid.
* Extensive experience on similar projects.
* Experience on Mitchell & Butlers projects ( not essential )

Duration - 01/09/2024 to handover on 23/09/2024 ( will be required for a few days after handover for snagging )

Working roughly 7.30am to 6.00pm, with the likely hood of working 2 weekends during the project duration.

Day Rate - Negotiable
