Friday 7.45am - 3pm

We are working with a leading engineering firm that specialises in providing top-notch services to their clients. They are seeking a highly organised and personable Receptionist to join the team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in the office.

The role will include:

• Answering the phone
• Receiving visitors
• Scanning & Filing job past history
• Scanning & Filing Delivery Notes
• Scanning & Filing material certificates
• General Filing
• Organising Transport
• Ordering Stationary
• Managing Holiday forms
• Reconciling monthly orders with delivery notes

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. They also value flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. As an engineering firm, they use various software and systems to manage their operations, these include sage and excel, You will be responsible for managing and updating these systems, previous experience with these systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
