Acorn by Synerige is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their client's team in Plymouth. The company is a leading manufacturer in the region, providing top-quality products to our diverse clientele. As the Accounts Payable specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the accounting processes and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing Purchase Invoices
* Resolve Order and Delivery Queries
* Supplier Statement Reconciliation
* Payment Runs
* Posting to General Ledger
* Annual Audit Process

Experience:

* Experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment processing.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers and resolve any queries or issues effectively.
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
