Acorn by Synergie is one of the leading recruitment specialists in the UK and we are looking for an ongoing temporary Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful Cornish branch between our site in St Columb and the office in Truro.

What will the role involve?

The Role of a Resourcer is to assist the team in finding the right people to fill client vacancies, you will be assisting with:

* Writing job adverts
* Promoting vacancies across social media
* Assessing CVs and job applications
* Conducting phone and face to face interviews
* Carrying out on-site inductions
* Formatting CVs
* Giving feedback to applicants
* Running weekly payroll
* Administration and compliance duties linked to the recruitment process

Working office hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential due to the location.
