Pay: begins at £11.44 per hour where a 12 hour shift is worked during the week, and £12.58 per hour at a weekend.
In this role, you will be responsible for running and monitoring state-of-the-art photograph printers. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to quickly identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. As part of your daily tasks, you will also be responsible for moving reels of photographs from printers to machines ready to be cut. This requires physical strength and dexterity, as well as excellent hand-eye coordination.
Attention to detail is key in the world of digital printing, and as a Photograph Operator, you will be responsible for quality checking each and every photograph that comes off the printers. This includes ensuring that colours are accurate, images are sharp and clear, and there are no imperfections present. You will need to be able to work quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing quality.
Once each order of photographs has been printed and quality checked, you will then be responsible for carefully packing them with the correct address label. This is a crucial step in ensuring that each customer's order is received correctly and on time. You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to navigate through systems to ensure that the correct labels are applied to each package.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for photography and digital printing, as well as a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, but we are also open to training the right person who is eager to learn.
Our client's team is like a family, and they are looking for someone who will fit in seamlessly. As a Photograph Operator, you will be working closely with printers and other machines, so it is essential to have a strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions carefully. As part of our team, you will receive ongoing training and support to ensure that you are continually developing your skills.
The role of a Photograph Operator can be physically demanding, as you will be on your feet for most of the day and will be required to lift and move heavy materials. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is physically fit and able to handle the physical demands of the job.
Please Call apply within or call 01626 335575 if you have any questions about this vacancy.
