Pay rate: £13.00 - £14.00 p/h - depending on experience
Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Sales Office Administrator for their manufacturing client based in Tiverton, Devon.
The role is fully office-based.
Sales Office Administrator duties:
- Work closely with the Office Team to effectively communicate with customers - giving customers advice and building relationships.
- Setting up new customers on the systems and processing customer orders.
- Build and maintain a strong supplier base.
- Updating the company CRM system.
- Maintaining customer and price files on SAGE
- Pricing, quote and follow up of new and existing work.
- Communicating with transport companies for pricing / quotes.
- General office administration as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to provide the highest quality customer service.
- Good telephone manner
- Attention to detail, accurate and possess good communication skills.
- Friendly, professional and confident telephone manner.
- Standard education including at least a C grade in English and Maths.
- Experience with Microsoft office packages: Excel, Word and Outlook and be fully Computer Literate
- Experience of CRM, SAGE system would be beneficial but full training will be provided.
