The Acorn Group has marked the official launch of its newest specialist division VORSOR Facilities Services, with a special event in Cardiff.
VORSOR Facilities Services has been created as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Acorn following continued expansion in the delivery of facility services and management contracts to an extensive range of blue-chip clients.
Mark Rudge, Director of Operations at VORSOR, said:
VORSOR Facilities Services employs a 250-strong workforce and manages multiple services at a variety of locations UK-wide. Staff and clients including Gestamp, Siemens and WEPA attended a special event held at Acorn’s Cardiff branch to mark its official launch on Saturday (February 22nd).
“After 14 years delivering extensive facilities services and management contract to an ever-expanding base of large-scale clients, forming VORSOR was very much the natural next step." Justin Pugh, Facilities Services Director, added.
VORSOR remains a part of the Acorn Group, together with its other subsidiaries Acorn Recruitment, Acorn Rail, AcornGlobal and Synaco (Australia), generating a combined turnover of circa £160m.
