Acorn by Synergie places agency workers into assignments with approximately 850 different client companies across the UK.                      Also recruits within various different sectors including commercial, industrial, technical, steel, construction, rail, driving, food processing, and hospitality.  

Yes, Acorn by Synergie is a member of the Recruitment &amp;  Employment Confederation (REC) and is ISO 9001:2015 accredited.  Acorn by Synergie is also committed to ethical recruitment practices. They are a GLAA license holder, a Stronger Together Business Partner, and comply with the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code. This ensures that workers are not charged fees for employment and that they are protected from labor exploitation and human trafficking.

Acorn by Synergie ensures that workers are placed into a safe working environment, paid at National Minimum Wage (NMW) or above, and provided with clear contract and working conditions. Wages are paid on a weekly basis, one week in arrears. Payment is made by direct credit into a bank / building society account of the worker's choice every Friday. Workers must have their own bank account or joint access to one.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant has arisen near Swindon / Chippenham between - £27,000 per annum. Accounts Administrator will work within a small, busy finance team. The main purpose of this role is to provide an outstanding service to meet the team's and the company's goals. You will be responsible for the Accounts function and tasks will include: * Daily matching of invoices to purchase orders and highlighting issues where necessary * Daily input of overhead and administration invoices * Daily allocation of supplier direct debit payments * Code and input staff expenses * sales ledger and purchase ledger Code and input credit card statements * Reconciliation of supplier statements and reconciliations * Multi currency payments and invoices / Supplier invoice queries * Payment run and input to HSBC bank template for authorisation weekly payment * Send out remittances * Subcontractor CIS You will also assist the team in other areas such as Accounts Receivable when required. Accounts Administrator AAT Part or Qualified 

£25,000 - £29,000 per annum plus bonus office based Production Administrator Planner must have previous experience.Monday to Friday office hours 1pm Friday finish This role will report to the MPS Planning Team leader. Its primary responsibility is to assist with planning and prioritising operations, ensuring that goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner. The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations. An excellent MPS Planner is well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimise them. They are organised, results-driven, and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will collaborate with the Senior MPS planner to provide regular updates concerning any foreseen order delays to our external TSS colleagues, assist in assessing capacity constraints posed by incoming demand, aid production in evaluating order patterns and highlighting possible areas of concern, help production in its efforts to remove bottlenecks, arrears and provide manufacturing documentation. 1. Join us as a self-employed driver and be part of a dynamic team ensuring timely and safe parcel deliveries.
