Pall Newquay
The Newquay site manufactures medical filters within a clean and sterile environment. There is a range of departments on-site including Water Filtration, Medical OEM, IV Filtration, Blood and Breathing Filters. Pall Newquay also Manufacture the Media or Membrane which is the material that is folded and shaped so that it can fit into the plastic filter housings.

The Portsmouth site are leaders in industrial manufacturing, throughout the production process, Pall offers high-performance industrial filtration and separation systems specifically designed to maximise process efficiency and improve business performance.

Pall specialises in filtration and separation and make filters for all sorts of big brand companies e.g. Samsung, Pfizer, medical filters.
Pall carry out appraisal every 3 months for continued development and training, they will review and make decisions on who they would like to take permanent this can take between 12 -18 months.
Pall other a 2-day academy training course which is classroom based and shop floor before having a designated trainer who will work with you up to 12 weeks depending on department and machinery. They also offer continuous training on different machinery.
A clean room environment is a regulated space that is designed to control contamination and aids in the removal of airborne particles. This means you would not be able to wear jewellery, except plain wedding band and all piercings must be removed to avoid contamination, Within a clean room environment, you will be wearing a Gown, Gloves and safety boots all provided by Pall and Acorn.
Station Road, Illfracombe (EX34 8BH) is very busy, please remember to be courteous to other road users and neighbours. Pall have on-site parking available (please do not park on Station Road or visitor spaces).
