Also recruits within various different sectors including commercial, industrial, technical, steel, construction, rail, driving, food processing, and hospitality.  

Yes, Acorn by Synergie is a member of the Recruitment &amp;  Employment Confederation (REC) and is ISO 9001:2015 accredited.  Acorn by Synergie is also committed to ethical recruitment practices. They are a GLAA license holder, a Stronger Together Business Partner, and comply with the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code. This ensures that workers are not charged fees for employment and that they are protected from labor exploitation and human trafficking.

Acorn by Synergie ensures that workers are placed into a safe working environment, paid at National Minimum Wage (NMW) or above, and provided with clear contract and working conditions. Wages are paid on a weekly basis, one week in arrears. Payment is made by direct credit into a bank / building society account of the worker's choice every Friday. Technician - Electrically Bias

The role also includes driving improvement across the site in terms of new machinery, hygiene, quality and performance.
