Job Description
As we move ever more into the 21st century it has been well documented that the UK is struggling with poor infrastructure.

Our rail lines were created and developed in the 1800's, our airports in the 1960's to 1990's and a road network that is becoming increasingly unfit for purpose.

With that in mind, this key strategic role for the company has been created to capitalise on the civil engineering and geotechnical markets and expand on the ever growing portfolio of infrastructure projects.

You'll have a background in Ground Investigation via Geotechnical, or Civil engineering and have a thorough understanding of current UK legislation pertaining to infrastructure.

Other key elements:

* Commercially astute
* Strong negotiator
* Experience in B2B sales
* Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop business strategies and maximise sales opportunities.

The role has direct line management of 4 team members, members you'll have an active role in recruiting for. You'll be responsible for their training and development as well as attainment levels.
