Quality Assurance Technical Administrator

Acorn is looking to recruit a QA Technical Administrator for their client, a specialist manufacturer based in Tredegar.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role OR will be a recent STEM graduate who is looking to secure an office based role with a company in which they can develop and invest long term.

The successful candidate will have a technical and logical approach to tasks with the confidence to analyse and offer recommendations on current work practices. Working smart, they will have a clear and analytical mind with strong organisational skills. Strong communication skills needed to liaise with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

The Quality Assurance Technical Administrator is responsible for the following:

*Collation and review of technical documentation for the ongoing starting material and supplier approvals and re-approval process
*Collation of information to support quality investigations
*Collation and processing of data related ongoing site hygiene monitoring, including but not limited to Pest Control and Environmental Monitoring
*Provision of information to customers where necessary
*Follow up of action owners of CAPA and deviation investigations

Working Hours - 8.30 to 17.00
