The Role:

The successful candidate will have a few years of post CTA qualification practice experience, as well as being great at meeting clients and understanding the outcomes they are looking to achieve. From that point on, excellent comms skills will not only keep the client fully engaged, but will build trust and relationship with both the business and the advisor. The assignment will, more often than not, culminate in the presentation of a detailed report, expertly communicated and fully understood by the client sufficient to allow them to make fully informed decisions. In due course the client will not only return for additional advice and support, but will become a great ambassador for the business.

This role spans not only the delivery of sound taxation advice, together with the ability to communicate it effectively, but also a desire to market the proposition through existing channels including, networking, in house presentations, blog writing and other digital channels. Additionally, a firm grasp of the financials and delivery of budget will be directly linked to the overall package.

This person will also relish the chance to lead a team, make key strategic decisions, to set standards and forge a dynamic career path with the business, alongside its current team.

Essential Experience Required:

*Experience of having worked in a Practice environment and in a similar role.

*CTA qualified.

*Great communications skills, personable, bubbly and last but not least, hardworking.

*Leadership qualities.
