Job Description
We are currently looking for a Administrator/Receptionist or Secretary to be a part of friendly and welcoming NHS team based in their corporate office in St.Asaph.

The post is initially for 3 months from appointment and there may be an option to extend.

Job role:

* To work on the Reception desk welcoming guests as a first point of contact

* Answering the telephone, emailing and correspondence

* Schedule and arrange meetings including the compilation of agenda and the taking and transcribing of formal minutes

* To manage the diary of nominated Assistant Director(s), including the scheduling and rescheduling of appointments

* To manage a bring forward appointment system

* Files and manages all reports and correspondence ensuring that all documents are retained as per legal schedules

* Providing administrative and secretarial support to the BCU inbox for general inquiries.

* To work with other members of the administrative team to provide support to senior officers of the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board as part of the Corporate Offices' Administrative support team (this may include typing, compilation of spreadsheets, compilation of reports)

* To provide cover for and act on behalf of the Corporate Governance officer / team leader in their absence

* To deal with confidential and sensitive documents/issues, maintaining the strictest confidentiality and discretion at all times. This may include information of a distressing nature.

* To communicates directly with the public, Chairmen/Chief Executives of other Organisations, Local Health Boards, Community Health Councils and Local Authorities etc, on behalf of the nominated Director as required (this will require a high degree of tact and diplomacy)

Pay rate:

Band 4 Lot 1

£10.29 -£11.75 (depending on experience)
