Job Description
As a Project Manager you will be the support to the team through the management of multiple projects, from coordinating, scheduling, tracking and reporting- The role is not just open to heavily experienced PM's, but this could be a great opportunity for those that have been working within project management but wanting to now take on their first BIG project, with many more to follow.


Project Manager Duties and responsibilities:

* Plan and implement projects
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Define tasks and required resources
* Build and manage project team
* Develop and manage budget/costs
* Calculate and allocate project resources
* Create work breakdown schedule and project timeline
* Manage risks and issues
* Track deliverables
* Support and direct team
* Lead quality assurance
* Monitor and report on project progress
* Proactively manage stakeholders
* Present to stakeholders' reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
* Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
* Evaluate and assess the result of the project - capable of realising benefits
* Comply with all statutory and environmental requirements


Education & Experience

* Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
* Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
* Knowledge of techniques and tools
* Experience as a project manager - preferably within site development/construction/operational environment
* Proficiency in project management software tools
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
* Managing budgets of £2m - £7m capital expenditure

Contract:

* Permanent, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with infrequent weekend work required to accommodate business needs.
