Table Tennis Wales Board Vacancy: Director of People and Diversity
Acorn Recruitment is currently seeking a Non-Executive Director to work on a voluntary basis, on behalf of their client Table Tennis Wales. If you're an enthusiastic and motivated person, Table Tennis Wales need your support to inspire Wales to enjoy Table Tennis - a sport for all, for life.
Table Tennis Wales is the National Governing Body for the Sport in Wales, and they promote the grassroots development of the sport as well as elite performance. They are a limited company (not for profit) with a Board of Directors, and currently have a position available which would give you valuable experience in serving on a board.
Board Directors work together to ensure that the organisation runs efficiently and effectively, remains financially stable and delivers on vision and strategy. Table Tennis Wales don't require any previous experience of being on a board as they can provide mentoring and training, and they don't require you to have experience in the sport.
This role will require around 1-2 days per month of your time to attend board meetings and any relevant working groups, meetings, events.
