An opportunity has arisen for an accomplished conveyancing lawyer to head up an emerging department in an exceptional law firm with a brilliant reputation for excellence and client care.

To be positioned at the top end of this salary scale the successful candidate will be able to prove a track record of billing and have the ability to develop good professional relationships with local agents.

The position could suit someone who either has an established team and would want to bring 2/3 fee earners with them plus 2 support staff or an individual wanting to build a team around them. The role would also suit those who may want to expand into new-build work or company and commercial conveyancing work but this is not compulsory.

The duties include the normal conveyancing matters and the successful candidate would need to demonstrate that they are competent in all areas of conveyancing from initial instruction to post-completion.
