Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting an Account Manager / Sales for their client's growing company. They are looking for someone with sales experience to help expand their business in the environmental sector. They work with new and existing customers, so if you have a passion for both the environment and sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As an Account Manager / Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling new and existing customer enquiries, following up on warm leads, and chasing quotes. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be expected to manage sales admin and ensure all customer information is accurately recorded.

Are you good at building customer relationships? Our client is looking for someone who is personable and can create a positive rapport with our customers. In addition, you should have the ability to convert quotes into sales and be a problem solver when it comes to addressing customer concerns.

Responsibilities:

- Handle new and existing customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Follow up on warm leads and convert them into sales
- Manage the sales admin process, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Chase quotes and negotiate with customers to close sales
- Identify potential growth opportunities and present innovative solutions to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales targets
