Overview:
We're recruiting a Senior Developer to join a forward-thinking, modern organisation that places technology at the heart of its operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-grade services using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics and Power Apps, within a collaborative, agile team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, configure, test and document large or mission-critical applications in a cloud-first Microsoft Azure environment

• Customise both model-driven and canvas Power Apps

• Build Power Automate Flows and integrate with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions

• Collaborate closely with test engineers and stakeholders to meet business needs

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues

• Contribute to the technical strategy and continuous improvement of services

• Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO 27001, SPF)

• Champion knowledge sharing, teamwork, and agile best practices across the department

About You:
We're looking for a multi-skilled and motivated developer who:

• Has experience delivering technical solutions as part of large-scale projects

• Is familiar with Scrum, Agile, and DevOps practices

• Brings expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps

• Enjoys working across disciplines, learning new tools, and mentoring others

• Has a proactive mindset and is comfortable taking ownership of deliverables
