A leading specialist mortgage brokerage, located on the outskirts of Chippenham, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working, career development opportunities, and a vibrant company culture.
Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire (car required due to office location)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Work Pattern: Hybrid (2 days working from home per week)

Role Overview
The Mortgage Administrator will provide essential support to a team of mortgage and protection advisers, helping to ensure mortgage applications progress smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to mortgage advisers
Manage mortgage applications from submission to legal completion
Liaise with clients, lenders, surveyors, and solicitors
Ensure all processes comply with FCA regulations and internal policies
Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems
Monitor and progress outstanding tasks and cases
Assist with general office duties and team support
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in administration, ideally within financial services or mortgages
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritise effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, customer-focused approach
Own transport essential due to office location
