Are you an organised, proactive individual looking for part time hours in a welcoming, fun but professional office environment? On behalf of our client, Acorn By Synergies is working with a well established construction business based in Hanley who are looking for an Administrator to support their busy team.
About the Role:
You'll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, with varied and engaging day to-day tasks, including:
- General administrative support across the team
- Reception duties - greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Data entry and database management
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Managing inboxes and handling email correspondence
What our client is looking for:
- No previous admin experience required, just a can do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Great communication and organisational skills
