Acorn by Synergie are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work for their busy manufacturing client on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Runcorn.

This company recognises the importance of its people and is committed to the training and development of Operators; this could include progression to permanent Operator, Technical Operator and Line Manager level roles.


Job role will include:

• Weighing out of ingredients.
• Machine operating.
• Completion of paperwork.
• Following SOPS to ensure the product is made to strict company procedures.
• Quality Checking.
• Hygiene duties.
• Packing.
• Palletising.

Requirements:

• Manual handling experience.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Good communication skills.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Previous production experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Previous experience of HACCP would be a distinct advantage.

The company operates a rotational 3 shift pattern:

• 6am - 2pm.
• 2pm - 10pm.
• 10pm - 6am.
• 39-hour basic working week with all breaks paid.

The rate of pay:

• Between £14.32 per hour and £15.11 per hour dependant upon job role.
• Overtime payable at enhanced rates from £20.64 - £30.22 per hour.
