Contract: Temporary ongoing
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a role based in Barnstaple. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and efficient follow-up process with prospective clients, helping to convert leads into active instructions.
Job Duties:
- Follow up with leads via phone and email to gather further information or confirm interest.
- Arrange and coordinate appointments between clients and advisors.
- Chase outstanding instructions or documentation from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM or tracking systems.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely handover of client information.
- Provide general administrative support to the Advisory Team as needed.
Person Specification:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset.
- Telesales experience beneficial
