Supply Chain Coordinator. The role is based onsite

• Fixed term contract, between 12 and 18 months.
• Rate of pay: £17.94 per hour (37.5 hour working week).
• Opportunity for Overtime:
• Overtime Pay 1 - £26.91.
• Overtime Pay 2 - £35.88.
• Monday to Fridays days.
• Hours to be confirmed at interview.

Acorn by Synergie are proud to be working in partnership with Stellantis - Vauxhall Motors Ellesmere port. We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on a fixed term contract between 12-18 months. Below are attributes and experiences the ideal candidate will have.

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator will include:

• Work with the various SILs suppliers to ensure they have the appropriate areas ready within the Plant for K0 launch.
• Ensure they are ready for launch and ramp up activities.
• Primary contact for sequence suppliers.
• Ensure that metrics are met by ensuring vehicles are sequenced correctly and on time.
• Ensure that Plant costs are optimised by adapting flow plans and adjusting for different scenarios.
• Ensure good relationship with the Units as this is fundamental to the success of the role.
• Ensure good communication and relationship with wider SC, ILE and Plant teams.
• Monitor flows and escalate when any deviations are seen.
• Support the suppliers with any activities EG; IT installations, facility set ups and any associated actions.

Personal skills and attributes and experience required:

• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Good working knowledge of sequencing and in Plant supplier operations.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organisation.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
