Job Description:

• Develop and maintain governance frameworks that align with organisational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across all departments.

The Successful Applicant:

• Experience in governance, risk, or compliance within the public sector.
• Has previously managed a team and had direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A relevant qualification in governance, risk, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively.

• A competitive salary ranging from £44,709 to £53,347 per annum.

• Flexible working, 2 to 3 days in office.
• Generous holiday leave of 25 days rising to 30 after 4 years, along with 11.5 public and privilege holidays in addition.
