Cleanroom Production Operator

Cardiff, CF14 | £13.97 per hour | Monday to Friday | 6am to 2pm, rotating weekly with 2pm to 10pm |

Acorn by Synergie is working with a global life sciences company who are seeking Cleanroom Production Operators, on a full time basis. Successful applicants will have to undertake an informal interview prior to any start.

Job Duties:

• Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Perform manufacturing / assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets. Maintain required daily output.
• Required to run manual and semi- automated equipment and ensure production targets are met.
• Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.

Key Requirements:

• Previous cleanroom production experience.
• Being comfortable to wear full Cleanroom PPE and follow working guidelines.
• Own transport is ideal due to working hours and location.
