Are you an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills? Acorn by Synergie is urgently hiring a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy branch in Barnstaple. This is a temporary role with an immediate start - ideal for someone looking to build experience in recruitment, HR, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruiters with candidate compliance checks, referencing, and assignment confirmations.
- Respond to candidate enquiries via phone and email.
- Write and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Manage incoming applications and assist in candidate shortlisting.
- Perform general office administration duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or office support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
