Production Operative
Salary: £12.50+ per hour (dependent on experience) | 6am - 2pm | Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays) | Onsite
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment following training and supervision.
- Maintain high-quality standards to ensure products meet specifications.
- Accurately complete production documentation throughout and at the end of each shift.
- Report faults, quality issues, or health & safety concerns to the Production Management Team.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the shift.
- Conduct product inspections to ensure quality compliance.
