Role Summary:

You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality body repairs on damaged vehicles, working with a range of materials and using specialist tools and equipment to return vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dismantle and repair vehicles in line with job cards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Replace damaged panels and undertake chassis and framework repairs where necessary.
• Operate welding, jigs, and other bodyshop tools safely and to specification.
• Maintain accurate records of work and communicate effectively with the wider workshop team.
• Follow all company health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Attend training as required to stay up to date with modern repair techniques.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop or accident repair centre.
• Competent in panel repair, panel replacement, and light chassis repairs.
• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high repair standards.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Body Repair (desirable).
