Newport | Competitive hourly rate plus weekly pay | Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5pm | Temporary Ongoing
Acorn by Synergie is seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our Building Services team at our Head Office in Newport.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service, and high-volume call handling experience to gain hands-on exposure in the recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with candidates on the phone to assess suitability for vacancies.
- Support Recruiters with compliance, referencing, and onboarding checks.
- Respond to candidate queries via phone and email.
- Post job adverts and screen applicant responses.
- Carry out general admin duties, maintaining accurate records and internal systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
