Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a leading volume housebuilder operating in the Wiltshire region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established construction business with a strong pipeline of work across the South-West. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential construction site.
• Lead and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards, NHBC requirements, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate site records including inductions, toolbox talks, and progress reports.
• Work closely with the Senior Site Manager and wider team to meet project milestones and budgets.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a site management role within the residential housing sector.
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification essential.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality homes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach.
