Admin Assistant
Llandarcy, Skewen, Neath | £12.21 - £12.50 per hour (DOE) | Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm | Temporary Ongoing
Are you an organised and proactive administrator with strong attention to detail? Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an Admin Assistant on behalf of a specialist engineering consultancy based in Llandarcy. This is a full-time, temporary ongoing role with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and take digital notes during daily team huddles and meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM systems accurately.
- Provide general administrative support including managing emails, answering calls, and assisting managers as needed.
- Perform document control and ensure correct versioning and filing of paperwork.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential.
- Able to start at short notice - ideally during the week commencing 15th September.
- A flexible and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to assist colleagues across various admin tasks.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Full right to work in the UK (this is a full-time ongoing role).
- Own transport preferred, due to limited public transport options unless living locally.
Role Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Rate: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour depending on experience
- Location: Llandarcy, Skewen, Neath
- Contract: Temporary ongoing, with potential to become permanent
