Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Merchandiser to join our client, a leading retailer with over 200 stores and a strong online presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping product ranges, driving sales, and ensuring smooth stock flow across multiple categories.

Key Duties

• Work closely with buyers, suppliers, and the wider business to select and plan ranges, promotions, and new initiatives.
• Analyse sales and market data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Manage stock, intake, and WSSI to maximise availability and minimise risk.
• Oversee critical paths to deliver projects on time and in full.
• Support and develop junior team members.

Requirements

• Proven retail merchandising experience with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent data handling, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
• Confident communicator and collaborator with a customer-first mindset.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of stationery, FMCG, or general merchandise (preferred).
