Multiple UK Locations | Negotiable Day Rate | 8am - 5pm | Long-Term, Ongoing Contract

The Role

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Site Manager for a well-known client in the solar farm industry. This is a long-term opportunity with projects taking place across the UK. The successful candidate must be willing to work away from home when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with trades and subcontractors.
• Manage site labour and oversee daily operations.
• Control and monitor materials and deliveries.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
• Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Enforce health and safety procedures.
• Open and close the site each day.

Candidate Profile

You will be proactive, driven, and take full ownership of site activities to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS Certification
• First Aid Qualification
• Proven experience managing similar projects within construction or renewable energy sectors.
