Site Manager

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Site Manager to work with a well-known client in the solar farm industry. Projects will be based across the North Devon area.

Key Duties:

• Liaise with trades on site.
• Manage labour and subcontractors.
• Oversee materials and deliveries.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
• Carry out inductions for new site personnel.
• Follow and enforce health and safety procedures.
• Open and close the site daily.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card.
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid qualification.
• Extensive experience managing similar projects.
• Driven, hardworking, and able to take ownership of site operations.
